In this talk, we cover the history, methodologies and recipes for making alternatives for commercial photographic fixer.

This talk will provide you with all the information you need to have a go a making and working with your own salt-based and other alternative photographic fixers at home. We will also cover their storage, longevity and safe degradation and/or disposal.
