Please be aware that all individual orders are posted from the UK.

Since Brexit, many European countries apply additional taxes to items arriving from the UK. Although, books are listed as VAT free, they occasionally still encounter country specific import taxes, or customs clearance fees.

We do our best to mitigate any customs fees, however, sometimes there is no getting around it. Once you have placed your order, It is the buyer's responsibility to collect their items from the postal depot, or to make arrangements with the post office in time using the supplied tracking details if you are away.

We are not able to cover the cost of re-posting items that have not been collected, customs fees have not been paid or where the wrong/incomplete address has been supplied.
