Salt-based and Alternative Photographic Fixers

In this talk, we will cover methodologies and recipes for making alternatives for commercial photographic fixer. Many of these non-industrial recipes require longer fixing times and therefore can not be demonstrated in the workshop setting. 

This talk will provide you with all the information you need to have a go a making and working with your own salt-based and other alternative photographic fixers at home. We will also cover their storage, longevity and safe degradation and/or disposal.

Experience level: No previous experience necessary.
